We are looking for an organized Finance cum Accounting Officer to manage the financial bookkeeping of our business.

  • The responsibilities of an Accounting Officer include analyzing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting and legal requirements.
  • To be successful as an Financial Cum Accounting Officer, you should have a degree in Accounting, knowledge of accounting competencies, and administration skills.
  • Ultimately, a high-quality Accounting Officer should be able to successfully contribute to the organization’s financial efficiency, while maintaining records of expenditure and profits accurately.
  • Prepare supplier’s statements, bills and invoices
  • Determine payment schedule with suppliers
  • Manage and resolve supplier queries
  • Compile data and prepare monthly reports and statements
  • Monitor payments and expenditures.
  • Reconcile vendors accounts
  • Resolves invoice discrepancies
  • Maintenance of Salary and payroll.
  • Handling bank accounts and preparing bank reconciliation statements.
  • Preparing the reports for the management
  • Sales tax & income tax computation and E-Filing.
  • Determine payment schedule with customers.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Compile data and prepare monthly reports and statements.
  • Monitor payments and expenditures.
  • Reconcile vendors account.
  • Assist with payroll administrations
  • Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Draw up monthly financial reports
  • Handling bank accounts and preparing bank reconciliation statements.
  • Preparing the reports for the management.
